We process all personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including in particular the regulations contained in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the so-called "RODO".
Concerned about the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations, and have implemented protection measures of a technical and organizational nature to prevent breaches of data security, in particular protecting them from unauthorized access or alteration, theft or loss.

  1. It is necessary for the performance of a contract (execution of an order) to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract - Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO;
  2. It is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the controller, resulting, for example, from the Goods and Services Tax Act or the Tax Code - Article 6(1)(c) RODO;
  3. It is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, such as marketing its own products offered in the online store or obtaining legal protection - Article 6(1)(f) RODO;
  4. The data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specified purposes, such as ordering a newsletter or opting to receive personalized discounts - Article 6(1)(a) RODO.

We do not sell or share personal data in any way with entities outside the circle specified in this privacy policy. We do not transfer data to third countries or international organizations.
We process some personal data in automated decision-making processes. This happens in the case of granting personalized discounts.
We process the data only for the period necessary for the execution of the order, the period provided for by the applicable laws, including tax law in particular, and for the protection of possible claims - the period specified by the statute of limitations.
If we process data on the basis of consent, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting, however, the legality of the processing before its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent may be done in any form that allows us to see the will of the data subject.
Any person whose data we process also has the right to:

  1. access to their data;
  2. correct or update the data;
  3. data portability;
  4. restrict data processing;
  5. object to the processing of data;
  6. request deletion of data.

In the event of a violation, any person whose data we process has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
