Chocolate Bomb is an intense espresso where beans from two Brazilian regions come together to create a flavor dominated by milk and dessert chocolate, accented with hints of raisins and nuts. Thanks to the natural processing in static drying boxes - with controlled temperature and air circulation - the coffee develops a pronounced, fruity character. This drying method preserves an intense sweetness that shines through in every sip. It may seem simple in profile, but it is actually rich in that very simplicity.
The prevailing flavors are milk chocolate and dessert chocolate, balanced by the subtle fruitiness of raisins and the sweetness of nuts.
The beans undergo natural processing by being dried in static boxes to achieve more fruity and pronounced flavor profiles - this method uses no water.

Brewing
Brew 18 g of coffee to yield 38 g of espresso. Adjust the grinder to achieve a brewing time of 29 seconds. If you want to highlight the rich texture of chocolate and nuts with a subtle, tangy grape-like acidity, shorten the espresso yield to 34 g and brew for 28 seconds.
