Guatemala Amapolas is an espresso for those who seek something more than a classic coffee taste. At first, the acidity of green apple is perceptible, followed by a subtle citrus accent that brings refreshment – evoking associations with candied fruits, fruit juices or even tonic water. The fruity flavors blend with the dominant note of milk chocolate, which imparts an exceptional sweetness. Grown at elevations between 1350 and 2000 m above sea level, the beans belong to the “Strictly Hard Bean Grade,” attesting to their outstanding quality. Thanks to the unique location and meticulous cultivation methods, coffee from this region is characterized by an exceptional depth of flavor. The washed processing method extracts a clean, juicy taste while ensuring consistency and full control over the bean’s flavor.
