About the product
Flow Very Berry is an intense pour-over where a blend of Ethiopian beans - Gedeb and Guji - creates a juicy, fruity taste. The natural processing with partial fermentation during drying has produced an exceptional result: an incredibly juicy, sweet, medium-acid, and satisfying brew. While blueberry and strawberry notes dominate, a citrus aroma and the taste of sweet blackberry also emerge. The coffee’s medium acidity perfectly balances the intensity of its fruity accents.
Dominant notes of strawberry, blackberry, and blueberry, complemented by a subtle hint of lemon.
Beans processed naturally with partial fermentation during drying, ensuring juiciness and intense flavor.

Brewing
Use 17.5 g of coffee ground to 19 clicks on the Comandante grinder. With water at 98°C, pour over the coffee as follows:
