Nunna notebooks are unique notebooks that store personal content. They are bound in recycled leather, vegan materials or denim label material and solidly stitched with thread. Nuuna notebooks feature 120 g premium paper, and instead of lines or checkered designs, they have a gray grid of dots with page numbers. This provides discreet orientation and is suitable for both writing and sketching.

Unique designs

The notebook collections are designed by a design team that draws on a variety of inspirations, such as fashion, art and architecture. A variety of techniques are used in the design process, including digital printing, silk-screening and hot stamping, allowing for a variety of visual effects. Nuuna completes the design by applying matching color to the edges, which allows the flow of graphics to continue around the entire notebook, turning each piece into a work of art.

Highest quality

The paper that is used in the production of notepads, cards and notebooks comes from certified sources. It is 120 g/m2 paper, which is characterized by high quality and durability. As a result, the pages of the notebook do not puncture, and the pages remain durable, even after heavy use. The paper comes from sustainably managed forests and is Cradle-to-Cradle certified. The company is a proud supporter of the reforestation initiative Bergwaldprojekt e. V. Nuuna notebooks lie perfectly flat thanks to the round spine and solid stitching. This binding technique prevents page loss and ensures that sketching and writing can be done across the pages.

About company

Nuuna was founded in Germany in 2012 by the creators of the "brandbook" brand, Lars Harmsen and Michael Steinhauser. Both were fascinated by the design, quality and functionality of notebooks, while noticing a lack of innovative solutions in this field. So they decided to create a brand that would combine a traditional approach to notebook production with innovative technologies and the use of top-quality materials. The name Nuuna comes from the Latin word "nunna," meaning "now" or "here and now," which alludes to the idea that every word written in a notebook is important and unique.

In 2014, the brand was honored with the prestigious Red Dot Design Award for its notebooks from the "Graphic" collection, and in the following years it won many other awards. Today, Nuuna is one of the leading manufacturers of notebooks and notebooks in Europe, and its products are sold in more than 30 countries around the world.
