Smooth Sweet is an intense espresso in which beans from Brazil and Ethiopia unite to create a sweet, creamy flavor with an exceptionally velvety texture. A pronounced raspberry note, a hint of rose, and sweet strawberry lend the brew a fruity yet well-balanced character. The natural processing preserves the full spectrum of aromas and the inherent sweetness of the beans. The density and character remain true to form, with a subtle raspberry aroma accented by a touch of rose.

Brewing

It produces excellent results with 18 g of coffee and a 40 g yield in 31-33 seconds. However, if you prefer a denser coffee, try using 17.5 g to achieve a 36 g yield, with a brewing time not exceeding 29 seconds.
