Chippensteel 0.5, a fascinating work by Oskar Zięta, is a combination of artistic design and modern metal craftsmanship. Made of polished steel, aluminum or copper. Its unique design, reminiscent of classic models from the 18th century, creatively uses evenly spaced holes to simulate the irregular patterns present on upholstery fabrics.
The FiDU process, which includes laser cutting and controlled deformation, transforms the two-dimensional sheet metal into a functional, three-dimensional chair, exceeding expectations for metal furniture. The chair's mirror-like surface, achieved through various color finishes and hand-dyeing techniques, plays with light, attracting attention and blending perfectly with its surroundings. Note that Chippensteel 0.5 is recommended for indoor use.
